Tonight is the Night!

All Cheesecake orders must be picked up tonight.

Please use the pick-up ticket sent home with your child this week and the attached traffic flow map to help make the evening run smoothly. We have a great number of parent volunteers helping to fill orders. PLEASE help us avoid errors by carefully checking your order before signing off on the delivery sheet.  This is especially important if you receive more than you ordered. A copy of the traffic flow map is provided below. You may click here to print a PDF of this same map. You might enjoy viewing this video prepared for our students to show them what may happen to items left out overnight on the sidewalk in the event they forget to pick up orders this evening.  Yes, we have way too much time on our hands!

One last step!

Please enter the information from your COMPLETE and FINAL Order Form onto our order compilation spreadsheet by using this link CLICK HERE.

This step will help you double-check your order to ensure there are no errors.....plus it will eliminate the need for having a volunteer type your final order onto our spreadsheet.

PLEASE NOTE:  If your family is not participating in this fund drive, we kindly request that you simply write NO SALE in large letters across the back of your brochure AND write NO SALE in large letters across the front of your COMPLETE and FINAL Order From.  This will help us to know that we did not fail to enter your child's order on our compilation spreadsheet.  On October 2nd, we will need to receive both a brochure and COMPLETE and FINAL Order Form from every student...either a completed order or an indication of no sale. In the past we have had students turn in very large orders several weeks late, resulting in MANY refunds being made.  By requesting the "NO SALE" confirmation, we have have completely eliminated this problem.
