All Dodgen 8th grade band students are strongly encouraged to continue participation in Band at Walton and Pope High Schools.  We are very fortunate to have such strong high school bands in our area.   Band directors Mike Back (Walton) and Gary Gribble (Pope) join me in encouraging each student to continue.  To help students prepare for the exciting high school performance schedule, each high school conducts a summer band camp.  The dates for these camps are posted on the high school bands' websites.  For more information, visit the high school band  links from the Dodgen Band Home Page.
