How to create an account and enter in-person orders!

Band Fundraiser Has Begun!
Each year, we do one big fundraiser to meet the needs of our band program! Your child should come home today with a packet of information. The sales starts now, and all orders and money are due September 15th.
CCSD provides us with a budget, but there are certain expenses we are not allowed to use it for, and certain areas where we like to go above and beyond. The main categories we use our fundraiser for include:
We are pleased this year to feature Mrs. Fields Cookies as the headliner on our fundraiser, and Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes should be added to the online portal next week! There are three ways to participate:
Order on Paper
1. Take orders and collect money from now until September 15th, when all orders and money are due.
2. Items must be paid in advance. Please have your customers make checks out to a parent (or cash, Venmo, etc) and then write one big check for the total amount to “Dodgen Middle School” at the end of the sale.
3. Total up the quantity of each item on your order form and put the totals on your Order Form.
4. Click here to create a fundraising account.
5. Click “Actions” and then “Add Order Form.” Enter your totals of your in-person sales from the order form.
6. On September 15th, bring the Order Form and the Money Collection Envelope with your check for the total amount inside.
7. Turn in during your band class.
8. Delivery is tentatively set for the week of October 23rd. All items arrive FROZEN and must be picked up that day! Please make arrangements to deliver immediately or keep items frozen until you get them to your customers. We will send out an update once the exact date is finalized!
Order Online
1. Use this link to register for the online fundraiser.
2. Mr. Westphal made this handy video walking through the online signup process!
3. You will click register at the top left menu and then go through the steps to set up your personal shareable link.
4. Add your picture and update your message. You can even have your child create a video message!
5. Add your contacts.
6. Start sharing with your local friends on social media and email.
7. BE CAREFUL! Online orders will be delivered to the school, NOT directly to the customer! Only sell to those you can deliver to easily!
8. Online orders should NOT go on the Collection Envelope summary. We will receive these totals and funds separately.
Make a Donation
If you would like to make a donation in addition to (or instead of) selling fundraiser items, that is great! Just note the amount that is specifically a donation on bottom of the order form and turn it in at the same time fundraiser orders are due. Checks should be made payable to Dodgen Middle School. THANK YOU!!!
